Insurance

You will receive separate bills from doctors involved in your care and for services you received in Huntsman Cancer Hospital. The hospital will forward your hospital bill to your insurance company and send you a copy.

Billing

The hospital will make every effort to collect payment form your insurance carrier(s). It is your responsibility to know your policy benefits and specific provisions and to ensure insurance companies have paid their portion of the bills. If they do not pay within a reasonable amount of time, the hospital will look to you for payment. Financial Counselors

Financial counselors help you understand your medical bills and insurance benefits and can assist you in finding financial resources to help you pay for care, medicine, or supplies during treatment.
