Projects:
My research focuses on how DNA waves propagate at the surface of the nucleosomes during a chromatin remodeling event driven by RSC or other remodelers. I’m also investigating how the actin-related proteins contribute to the remodeling mechanism. To do so, I’m developing new biochemical assays and use single-molecule approaches.
